At Lux Aesthetics, we work hard to create the ultimate clinic experience for you. We can promise
that you will receive the absolute best of our highly trained, professional, caring and focused
team... with lots of indulgent signature touches along the way!
Your experience is so important to us and that’s why we want to make sure you are fully
equipped with all the information you need to make your first visit with us, smooth sailing!
Here’s a few of our helpful tips:
1. If you’re visiting us for the first time and have some specific goals in mind, please bring
your inspiration with you! We welcome photos for injectables or recommend that you bring a list of your current skincare products for skin treatments.
2. Allow a little extra time for the unexpected! Because our schedule is often booked many
weeks ahead and we’ve committed this time just for you, arriving even 10 or 15
minutes late for your appointment can have a significant impact on our day and may
mean that we cannot complete all of the services we planned to do for you. We’d hate
to have to miss anything, so if you find yourself running late, please call us.
3. We have free on-street parking directly outside the clinic and in the surrounding streets.
For those who prefer public transport, Lilydale station is right across the road!
